After Sales Services

Besides the maintenance and spare parts service for the systems delivered by us, we also provide a remote maintenance agreement for the application software created by us. It generally includes following services:

  • Telephone support during normal working hours
  • Examination of plant status via remote maintenance on customer's demand
  • Troubleshooting on basis of logs via remote maintenance on customer's demand
  • Update of latest GIWEP system modules as DLLs etc. (once-a-year) via remote maintenance in consultation with the customer

The scope of service can be adapted to individual requirements of the customer.

For this service an on-site provided remote maintenance access is needed enabling us to get access to the systems to be maintained via internet.
